Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unopened, unused, with seals/tags intact, and in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Due to the nature of skincare products, used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at kyndskinn2025@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used skincare products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable products)

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item (following the process above), and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status:
- If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund
